Elizabeth Dobers joined BBVA USA in 2006 in San Antonio, Texas and has held various roles with the bank involving the direct management and development of small business asset & liability products as well as strategy, design and implementation, responsibility for P&L growth, and sales force productivity of 163 Business Banking Officers & 665 retail branches. Elizabeth has been in the Financial Services industry for 30 years working for Financial Institutions in Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Alabama with 13 years specifically focused in the Small Business Banking Segment.

Elizabeth currently serves as the EVP, Executive Director of Business Banking. In this role, she is responsible for establishing the bank’s strategy for this segment which includes businesses with revenues up to $10 Million. She is responsible for managing product development & digital resources for this segment as well as leading the bank’s Small Business Administration (SBA) lending unit.
